Dan Stoner

Dan Stoner is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at BRAC USA, where he serves as a key leader in BRAC USA and across the BRAC entities. He oversees the operations of BRAC USA, including institutional fundraising, communications, finance and human resources. He also is the global lead for establishing and building funding relationships with the U.S. Government, Global Affairs Canada, and North American foundations.

Dan is a seasoned international development professional with more than 25 years of experience, including 17 years working and living in South America and East Africa. Dan spent eight years at Save the Children, where he was the Vice President for Education and Child Protection at its U.S. headquarters. In his 15 years at Plan International, he worked at its headquarters, in regional offices in Nairobi and Quito, and in country programs in Tanzania, Bolivia, and Brazil.
