Salman Ahmed Zaman is a Senior Manager of Individual Giving at BRAC USA. He oversees a portfolio of major donors, directly identifies new mid and major gift prospects, and develops strategies and solicits gifts in alignment with annual growth targets. He also develops and implements strategies to engage niche groups and aligned communities mission for the purpose of spreading the BRAC brand and inspiring individuals to secure new donor channels.  Salman comes with a decade of experience in the field ranging from programmatic fundraising, event fundraising, crowdfunding/peer to peer fundraising, planned/legacy giving, capital campaigns, and major gift fundraising for both c3 and c4 national, local, and international organizations. Prior to joining BRAC USA, he worked for the American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia, Islamic Relief USA, International Rescue Committee of Maryland, and Council on American-Islamic Relations, where he honed his skills in advocacy, community organizing, program management, and fundraising.

Salman holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from University of Maryland Baltimore County as well as a Certificate in Fundraising Management from Indiana University The Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
