Kristin Spiak
As the Director of Finance at BRAC USA, Kristin oversees the organization’s financial management. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Kristin leads a team that includes the Senior Manager of Grants and Compliance and an outsourced accounting firm. She works closely with colleagues across BRAC’s global network, including counterparts in Bangladesh and the Netherlands, to ensure efficient and compliant financial operations.
Prior to joining BRAC USA, Kristin led financial operations for global health programs at PSI. She managed budgets of up to $25 million, developed tools to monitor financial health, and produced financial reports for internal and donor use. Kristin holds a B.A. in Linguistics from Carleton College.
