Catherine Naughton

As Director of Human Resources, Cathy works closely with BRAC USA leadership, to help create a culture that enables BRAC USA to attract, develop, and retain the best people, while fostering a collaborative, trusting, open, and energetic work environment. Cathy is responsible to lead, direct, develop, and coordinate HR policies and activities, and ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Cathy brings over 25 years of experience helping small businesses and non-profits create and grow their human resource capital and development functions. Before joining BRAC USA, Cathy had been consulting non-profit and private sector clients providing strategic guidance in areas of talent management, compliance, best practices, and process improvements across the various aspects of HR.
