As the officer for Business Development, Willow focus’ on expanding BRAC’s North American bilateral government funding by tracking USAID, Global Affairs Canada and the US State Department opportunities in BRAC countries. She supports the Business Development team in securing partnerships with prime contractors and other organizations to enhance BRAC’s positioning for these funding opportunities.

Prior to joining BRAC USA, Willow worked for the Near East Foundation (NEF) where she contributed to the identification and mobilization of resources for inclusive economic development and climate resilience projects in the Middle East, and North and sub-Saharan Africa. Willow also worked with Challenging Heights – a national Ghanaian NGO – and Pencils of Promise Ghana (PoP) where she supported resource mobilization and donor communications for education, youth empowerment, and anti-trafficking programs. As a former social studies and civic engagement teacher at a bilingual school in Guatemala, she brings with her experience in the education sector and knowledge in teacher training and the development of early grade learning materials.

Willow holds a Master’s of Public Administration and a CAS in Conflict Resolution from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
