Catherine Naughton
As Director of Human Resources, Cathy works closely with BRAC USA leadership, to help create a culture that enables BRAC USA to attract, develop, and retain the best people, while fostering a collaborative, trusting, open, and energetic work environment. Cathy is responsible to lead, direct, develop, and coordinate HR policies and activities, and ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
Cathy brings over 25 years of experience helping small businesses and non-profits create and grow their human resource capital and development functions. Before joining BRAC USA, Cathy had been consulting non-profit and private sector clients providing strategic guidance in areas of talent management, compliance, best practices, and process improvements across the various aspects of HR.
Anand Sridharan
Anand Sridharan is a Senior Manager on the Business Development team at BRAC USA. He contributes to the growth of BRAC’s North American bilateral portfolio through the development and management of proposals to US and Canadian government agencies. Anand previously served as BRAC USA’s Program Manager for Health, mobilizing resources and managing grants in support of BRAC’s health programs globally.
Prior to joining BRAC, Anand secured and strengthened foundation and corporate partnerships at Possible, an organization that improves healthcare for underserved communities in Nepal. Anand has also contributed to the expansion of safety-net healthcare services through his work on the planning and development team at the Institute for Family Health, a large community health center network based in New York.
Dan Stoner
Dan Stoner is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at BRAC USA, where he serves as a key leader in BRAC USA and across the BRAC entities. He oversees the operations of BRAC USA, including institutional fundraising, communications, finance and human resources. He also is the global lead for establishing and building funding relationships with the U.S. Government, Global Affairs Canada, and North American foundations.
Dan is a seasoned international development professional with more than 25 years of experience, including 17 years working and living in South America and East Africa. Dan spent eight years at Save the Children, where he was the Vice President for Education and Child Protection at its U.S. headquarters. In his 15 years at Plan International, he worked at its headquarters, in regional offices in Nairobi and Quito, and in country programs in Tanzania, Bolivia, and Brazil.
